Capital Association Plans


Capital Association Plans administers the benefits for PCBA members. Association members and their employees, actively working 30 hours or more per week, are eligible to enroll during the 60 day waiting period after your hire date.  Coverage will be effective 1st of the month following the waiting period.


For new Group Enrollment:

~ Complete Appropriate Application For Benefits
~ Remit 2 Months Premium Plus $25 Administrative Fee Payable to CAPS (subsequent administration fee is $12.00 per month)
